Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SparkoSol, we want to make refunds and cancellations simple and clear. This policy ensures a smooth process for everyone.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Instead, you can check our Return Policy for help.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime.
To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 3 days before your billing date.
After cancellation, your subscription will stay active until the current billing period ends.
Service/Reservation Cancellations
Cancel services at least 3 days before the scheduled date for a full refund.
If canceled less than 3 days before, a 1% fee may apply.
Refund Policy
Eligibility: If you’re not satisfied and we can’t resolve your concerns within 30 days, you’ll get a full refund.
Partial Refunds: If you cancel during the service period, we’ll refund the unused portion.
Completed Work: Refunds don’t apply to work already completed, but we’ll work to fix any issues.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@sparkosol.com with your order or service details and explain why you need a refund.
We’ll review your request and process refunds within 14 business days.
Exclusions
Refunds don’t include fees for third-party services (e.g., advertising or platform charges).
No refunds are given for canceled services after 30 days.
