Order Cancellations

Subscription Cancellations

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, ensuring you can continue to enjoy our services until that time. After the cycle ends, no further charges will be applied.

Reservation Cancellations

For bookings and service reservations, we provide a grace period for penalty-free cancellations. Reservations can be cancelled without any fees if made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled service.

If cancellations are made less than 5 days before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 1% may apply. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to accommodate other customers who may be waiting for that service slot.
