We are seeking a highly skilled and capable Amazon Brand Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As the Amazon Brand Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Amazon accounts and driving sales and profitability while maintaining a positive brand image. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices and have a proven track record of managing successful Amazon FBA Private Label stores.
- Identify and resolve Amazon-related errors and issues that may affect the smooth operation of our accounts, ensuring minimal impact on sales and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of Amazon FBA Private Label stores, including pricing, inventory management, and product selection.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and changes and ensure compliance with all policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide effective solutions to meet clients’ needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- At least 3 years of experience managing an Amazon FBA Private Label store.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a particular focus on resolving Amazon-related errors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing successful Amazon FBA Private Label stores.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stressful situations.
